David Proaño

David Proaño represents clients in the utility and energy industries on regulatory compliance, commission investigations, retail energy contracts, commercial disputes, and business issues, and has years of experience with multiple facets of the retail energy industry. David routinely appears and practices before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio on regulatory and litigated matters.

Lori Herf

Lori Herf is an expert in the public policy process, with a history of achievement leading companies in diverse industries through the maze of legislative and regulatory challenges. Her background includes repeated success achieving short and long-term goals, gaining strategic advantage over the competition, and protecting and enhancing brand image and reputation. She works with a variety of industries, including healthcare, tax, environment, energy, utility, employee benefits, and financial services, with a proven ability to work with officials on both sides of the aisle.
